During this pandemic, I made the bold move of signing up to travel a few hours for a two day painting workshop.  My niece, who lives in the suburbs, graciously offered lodging.  Imagine my surprise to find that her beautiful suburban home on a cul-de-sac offered a backyard that stretched back to a flowing stream!  And the next morning, I could barely bring myself to forgo this view just begging to be painted.   Morning light, mist hanging above the slow flowing water. Despite all, beauty is here to lift us and promise hope. Be well.
